Purchasing property is very straightforward and title deeds can be exchanged in a few days.

Solicitors
You can use a local solicitor who is a specialist in dealing with land and property. We will introduce you to a solicitor

Surveys
It is not common to use a surveyor in Montenegro, but if you would like a survey introductions will be provided.

Additional costs for purchasing a property

Property Purchase Tax
2% This is paid to the cadastra (Land) Registry

Legal Fees
700 - 1000 Euros approx depending on solicitors
Our Commission
5% of the agreed purchase price
