Surveys
It is not common to use a surveyor in Montenegro, but if you would like a survey introductions will be provided.

2% This is paid to the cadastra (Land) Registry
Legal Fees
700 - 1000 Euros approx depending on solicitors
Our Commission
5% of the agreed purchase price
