These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions for the sale of services/goods on the Web site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

1. All prices on the Web site are shown in Euros or UK pounds sterling.
2. Although we endeavor to ensure that all pricing information on the Web site is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and properties/services may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to proceed with your enquiry and continue with theenquiry at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your property enquiry. We will not be obliged to supply properties/goods at the incorrect price.
3. We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of services/goods on the Web site at our discretion at any time.
